From Fitness Instructor to Health Coach

Updated: Feb 4

Welcome to my blog, where I strive to inspire and motivate you to prioritize fitness and self-care in your life. As a health coach, I believe that everyone can benefit from a strong and healthy lifestyle, no matter how busy their schedule or what stage of life they’re in. Join me on this journey as we work together to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Through countless sessions with clients, I discovered my true passion for empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellness. My philosophy centers around the belief that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and that exercise can play a vital role in achieving this balance. Regular physical activity can help reduce stress and overcome the challenges that life throws our way.

My personal journey has further cemented my commitment to this philosophy. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, my fitness level played a crucial role in my recovery. As a Cancer Exercise Specialist, I am now better equipped to help others going through similar experiences.

Whether you want to run a marathon, hike to the top of a mountain, or simply carry your groceries with ease, I can help you get there. As a busy wife and mother of four, I understand the demands of a hectic schedule, but I also know  how essential it is to make time for yourself and prioritize your health. Let me help you on your journey to a stronger, healthier you. Contact me today to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

As a trained professional, I work with individuals to create personalized plans that consider all aspects of their lives, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, relationships, and self-care. Health coaches provide guidance, support, and motivation to help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to improved health outcomes. I act as an accountability partner, helping clients stay on track with their goals and providing ongoing feedback and encouragement.

Health coaches differ from other healthcare professionals in that they focus on behavior change and empower clients to take charge of their own health. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, but I work alongside other healthcare professionals as part of a client’s care team. Overall, a health coach is a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their health and well-being, and can provide personalized guidance and support to help them reach their goals.
