Every year, millions of people set New Year's resolutions to improve their health. According to a study by Forbes, 39% of adults make resolutions, but only 9% feel they are successful by year-end. Why is it so hard to stick to those commitments? Often, the missing piece is accountability—someone who knows your goals, keeps you on track, and adapts your plan when life happens. That's where having a coach can make all the difference.
I've worked with dozens of clients who started where you are now—ready for change but unsure how to make it stick. I want to show you what's possible when you make a commitment to your health and wellness.
Real Progress in Just 14 Weeks!
Transformations take time, but when dedication meets the right plan, the results are incredible. One of my clients recently shared her journey, and I couldn't be prouder:

Starting Measurements:
Waist: 36.4"
Hips: 45"
Arm: 13.7"
Leg: 24.25"
14 Weeks Later:
Waist: 33.75” -2.65”
Hips: 43.7” -1.3”
Arm: 12.5” -1.2”
Leg: 23.75” -0.5”
This client achieved a total of 5.65 inches lost in just 14 weeks! These results weren't about quick fixes but about creating a sustainable plan that fit her life and goals. We focused on consistent movement, strength training, and habit formation—and it paid off.
Why Wellness Coaching Works
Here's what some of my clients have said about the power of having a coach by their side:
"I meet with Shelly with a friend of mine. We are at two different physical levels. She does a fantastic job of guiding us both through the session and making sure we both have a good, hard workout – and, more importantly, that we have fun so that we will stick with it!"
- Sharon
Wellness coaching works because it's personal. I take the time to understand your goals, your challenges, and what motivates you. Whether it's crafting a fitness plan that adapts to your busy schedule or providing the encouragement you need on tough days, I'm here to help.
"Shelly has the ability to push you to a fitness place I never thought I could get to. She's not only an amazing coach but a safe place to sweat out the craziness of life. She's also taught me it is not always a number on a scale but the feeling of getting stronger."
- Nicky
