This recipe is so easy it will become a weekly go-to because everyone loves
it--including the littles!
4.5-6 lbs boneless chicken thighs
2 taco seasoning pkg, 1oz
16 oz jar medium chunky salsa
flour tortillas
Toppings you prefer (such as; lettuce, tomato, cheddar, avocado, olives, sliced jalapeños, lite sour cream)
Pour about 1/4 of salsa into bottom of the slow cooker
Add all chicken thighs, season with taco seasoning pkg
Pour remaining salsa over thighs
Cover & set to low for 6-7 hours
Then with mixer beat on low cooked chicken & ingredients in slow cooker
Serve on tortillas with toppings you enjoy
